Shipping & Exchange Policy

Acupuncture of East Orlando Florida keeps the shipping costs as low as possible, based on the actual fees we are charged by US Post and UPS. These costs have been increasing lately, and we’re doing our best to maintain a fast, reliable and inexpensive shipping.

* Acupuncture of East Orlando Florida assumes NO LIABILITY for delays of deliveries or damaged merchandise.

* We WILL SHIP according to the closest amount you have paid for shipping charges. Additional charges may apply.

* Damages Due to Carrier: If you receive a shipment that contains damages because the boxes were “hurt,” please notify us immediately! (800) 669-8892. SAVE THE BOXES! because we might have to show the shipper before we can file a claim.

* Damages Due to Packing: If you receive a shipment from us that was poorly packed, you can return the books for an exchange or credit. Poorly Packed means that the carton arrived in good shape but the product inside was bent/broken/scratched due to them sliding around. Call (800) 669-8892 for instructions or you can follow the return instructions on the back of your invoice. No Refunds, only credit for the same rate items only. There is no credit issued until the products are received in the warehouse.

* Misships & Shortages: When this happens, it is a problem for everyone. Please notify us within 30 days. Call 800 669-8892 or follow the instructions on your invoice.

* Lost Shipments: Domestic Customers: Orders shipped via UPS can be easily traced. Contact us and we will begin the search. Orders shipped via Post Office are more difficult to trace. Please allow an extra two weeks for lost Post Office shipments. They usually get delivered!

* We do not accept any International deliveries.

* Exchanges: Give us a call at (800) 669-8892 to request a Return Authorization Number for the exchange.

* Return Authorization: Return Authorizations are annoying, but in order to keep track, they must be issued. To speed up the process, give us a call. (Or follow the instructions on your invoice). Save the invoice number! A Return Authorization will be issued only after the knowing the reason for the return (poorly packed/defective product/exchange). A credit will be issued when the product is received in the warehouse. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. All products returnable (in unused condition) for up to 30 days from time of receipt.

* Refunds processed in the form of a credit or check (US Dollars) within 5 days of receipt of your notice or return package at the warehouse. Call (800) 669-8892 or follow the instructions on your invoice.
